I know it is all the rage for everyone to claim a healthy lifestyle for the new year and then give it up when February comes around. I decided to permanently drink and eat cleaner. Here are a few smoothies I have thrown together with some of my absolute favorite and not to mention yummiest fruits. Happy Juicing!!!

1. Caribbean Blast

This drink packs a whole truck load of Vitamins A&E and is very very tasty too. Whenever I have a good fruit combo, I try to add some greens because you won’t taste it as much as the fruit and it makes the drink so much healthier.

  • 1 Full Banana
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1 Kiwi
  • I Handful Spinach
  • 1 mango

2. Not Easy Being Green

This smoothie is packed with vitamins and antioxidants and a great mix of green fruits and veggies. So delicious!

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1/2 Cup Green Grapes
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 Handful Kale
  • 1 Kiwi

3. Berry Healthy

This one is probably second favorite because I love berries. It is the perfect combo and can even be thrown on top or mixed in with some greek yogurt!

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1 Handful of Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of Raspberries
  • 1 Banana

4. Breakfast For Champions

I have had this smoothie in the back of my mind but did not try it until this morning. I must say it is my favorite. So tasty and contains my favorite fruits. Simple and amazing at the same time. This is a must try!
